Well, I am back home after competing in the Dragon Maze Pre Release. Yeah, it is how I anticipated – Fun, but not different in anyway.
I won’t ruin the pre release theme for every body out there that is yet to play it, but I will say that I suggest you pick a guild that is filled with other players. Because you don’t want to be the lonely guildie from Selesnya, trying to battle against hordes of other guilds. Yeah, that may have been me. I think Gruul came first and Orzhov came a close second. Not Selesnya. Because Selesnya was only chosen by me, and we all know how that would have gone.
I did not win the event. I did however pull some very cool cards from my guild packs.

Anyway, I did not come last, and I actually built quite a sturdy deck. I won two matches, drew a single match and I did suffer a single lost. All in all, it was great night, and I really urge all you Magic the Gathering fans to get out there and attend the Dragons Maze Pre Release. It is a really fun event.
